What the experience is

Think of it as discovering the city with someone who lives here. We meet at an agreed location and walk for one, two or three hours.

There is no compulsory route. We can talk about the places we pass, Danish life, history, culture, architecture or whatever interests you. Stop for a photograph. Take a closer look at a building. Ask about something you notice. Or sit down for a coffee along the way.

1. Is this a traditional guided tour?

No. This is a personal and informal walk rather than a fixed guided tour. We explore the city at your pace and adapt the walk to your interests.

2. Which languages can we use?

The walk is available in English, French and Danish. We can also combine languages if this is useful for you or your group.

3. Where do we meet?

We agree on a convenient meeting point in advance, usually in the central part of Copenhagen, Hillerød, Helsingør or Helsingborg.

4. How many people can join?

The walks are designed for individuals, couples and small groups. If you are travelling with a larger group, please contact me before booking.

5. What is included in the price?

The price covers the personal walk and conversation for the selected time. A DKK 200 travel supplement applies. Admission fees, local transport, food and drinks are not included.

6. Can the walk be adapted to my interests?

Yes. Tell me what interests you when booking – for example history, architecture, local life, culture or languages – and we can shape the walk accordingly.
