GDPR - Danish - Nenolink's Privacy Policy 
At Nenolink, we collect, process and process personal data in accordance with applicable EU Data Protection Law (GDPR) and USA. 

What kind of personal information is being collected?
Nenolink collects, records and processes common personal information: names and addresses, e-mail address, telephone number,web information and company-specific information (CVR-/VAT-number). Collection of personal information

Personal information is being collected through e-mail communication, forums at task providers or via Google search. 

Use of personal data
Personal data is used for communication with customers, suppliers and other collaborators, with whom Nenolink cooperates in a business context. 
 
Personal data contained in translated material is processed electronically on behalf of, and according to specific instructions from data-responsible customers. 

Safe storage of personal data
Nenolink works 100% online, except for a few accounting documents. (Available in a private, locked location) Most personal data is being stored in a cloud-based, secured system with 2-level authentication. The information can be accessed from work PCs and some also from a telephone (which is also secured). The system includes web-based databases and e-mail, as well as online accounting systems with separate login.

The domains  nenolink.com , nenoweb.dk and nenotext.com are SSL secured.Translations are being processed electronically in CAT tools (such as SDL Trados), as well as in web-based cloud-based translation systems) owned by providers themselves. 

Production materials and documents (may contain personal information), as well as lists of tasks and accounting materials are stored in a secured cloud based system and synchronized between a few workstations (Fast PC and laptop as well as an android-based device). The system has version management and backup. The material is normally cleaned up annually, except when the customer requires immediate deletion, or otherwise stated in agreements with the customer. Translation Memories and Term Bases can be stored longer, but does usually not contain personal information. Nenolink has customer/cooperation/subscription agreements with the companies behind these services.  

For how long is personal information being stored?
E-mails and files related to translation tasks containing personal information are stored until the specific translation task is completed, after which they are being deleted. An archive is saved as a backup, should customers rise vlaims about specific translation tasks. Contact information is saved as long as cooperation with the customer is in progress. 

The information is revised annually and backed up as long as required by Danish Tax and other Authorities. 

Disclosure of personal information to third parties
Nenolink does not disclose personal information to third parties, except what is required for accounting and billing, as well as banks, PayPal and the like. Involved customers control the payment method used. Using AI tools parts of production data can be handled in third parties tools, and are in that case handled by their specific GDPR rules, if any. Normally data is only being stored temporarily in these tools, while processing, and afterwards deleted.  

You have the right to insight, rectification and deletion of personal information. You are entitled to know what information Nenolink has registered about you.If you wish to make use of these rights, you may use the contact details below. At any time, you can contact Nenolink / Henrik Nielsen (see below) and get insight into your personal and company information registered about you, including requiring them to be corrected, corrected or deleted. In case of deletion, if required, performed work is paid by hour immediately.
