Translation is my primary activity. It is centered around translations within tourism and technical subjects, but also general texts and websites. Websites and tech documentation is a large part of my work. But I translate many other texts. I am not dealing with sworn translations, stamped and legal documents. Nor am I translating medical or personal documentation. Most of my customers are companies in Scandinavia, Europe and a few overseas. I also serve private customers. These have to pay Danish sales tax.
My translation business Nenolink is a personal freelance company. I started it back in 2013. Contact me for prices.
I translate most subjects, but mainly technical texts and websites. They are manuals, press releases and different kinds of technical information. I can sometimes re-translate old texts, then they become up to date, or I rewrite them with AI tools and process them after, so they become fluent, safe and of high quality..
As I am a 100 % digital in my business, I receive documents tor translation in Word and other office formats, and Xliff. I normally don’t translate PDFs, if they cannot be converted. You may expect an additional fee when handling PDFs.
There are special requirements for web texts regarding SEO, readability and keywords. I translate many of these, both in tourism, technical and other areas. The translation can also contain international and cultural factors to be taken care of. As an extra service I can capture texts and update translations in the customer's system.
I proofread all texts and use tools for quality assurance in my translation tools. If you require use of terminology, they are best added as termbases. We can also create termbases on basis of the translated texts or certain kind of term lists, like in Excel.

As a translator I use many IT tools in my job. I am a 100% online in my freelance company. I use a broad range of CAT-tools (Computer Assisted Translation) for translating a large amount of file formats (from Word and Excel, .txt to Indesign) and the give a larger productivity. All you translate in a given project can be stored in a file based database, a Translation Memory. This means that repeated segments/phrases are only translated once, otherwise just applied. One of the most well-known cat tools is Trados. You may include dictionaries and word lists - Termbases. These can be home made or may be downloaded. Som companies even have their own termbases. Termbases may contain several languages. Some companies use Machine Translation. This is a system, which first translates a large, or even huge amount of texts. The text is being edited with Post Editing (PE). Some systems are learning by this process and as such, becomes more and more precise. The translation is being quality checked linguistically: repeated words, punctuation, numbers and measurements, terminology, spelling and consistency. We also have different apps and programs for handling file formats, text splitting etc.). I may give you an introduction or a course in these tools for organizations or companies. If any questions, please call. AI is being used more and more in the translation process.
